Desi-Style Butter Masala Pasta
Butter Masala pasta is an Indian-style pasta recipe that is prepared in a thick and creamy sauce. This dish is packed with zesty flavours of authentic Indian spices and fresh herbs.
Ingreadient
- 1-2 Cups penne pasta
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup cashew
- 3 garlic , chopped
- 3 dried red chili
- 1 onion , chopped
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- Handful fresh coriander leaves
- Salt as per taste
- Water
Direction
- Boil pasta in water.
- In a pan add butter. Then add red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Sauté it for a minute.
- Now add the pasta and pour some pasta water into it. (Not all of it)
- Pour half a cup of pasta sauce in it and mix it well
- Cook for 5 minutes and your butter masala pasta is ready.
